I was very impressed with the speed of the shipment of my purchase. The quality of the product was outstanding. When I needed to change the size, the service was incredible.

Over a number of years I have purchased numerous articles of clothing. As a SASS and NCOWS competative shooter it is getting to the point that I have more 1800's clothing, from Historical Emporium, than I have modern clothing. All of it is excellent quality, historically correct "cut", wears like iron, fits well, and sized as advertised. The customer service, when I have used it, was friendly and efficient. I ordered two shirts from Historical Emporium. Both 3X. I received them quickly. The one shirt fits perfectly while the other was extremely oversized. The neck, which was described as 18-20 inches actually measured 22 inches. I called customer service and explained the situation. I asked if an exchange for a 2X would be possible. They immediately sent the new shirt with a pre-paid shipping label for me to return the other. The customer service rep was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.
