My experience in buying the Long Riding boots I ordered the Long Riding Boots, and when they arrived, one boot, though marked the right size, was noticeably smaller than the other boot. I took photographs and contacted customer service. They were fast in contacting me with the offer to ship another pair, on them. They even let me keep the first pair! The second pair came with no issues. I am very pleased!

Ordered this product online on a Sunday and received by Wednesday of that week. Was very pleased since it allowed me to wear to a function that Friday. The order process was uncomplicated and the order reply was prompt. The quality of the hat I received was top notch and better than anticipated.
