A first-time customer, I finally acted on purchasing a sale item, encouraged by other customers' high rating. I was greatly impressed! I wish you had more edwardian styles for women. Maybe the Downton Abbey craze has died down, but Edwardian clothes are so hard to find!!! Please consider restocking choices, including walking suits, tea gowns and evening dress.

I initially ordered a Frontier Classics black cotton duster in size large because that is my usual size. However, when I put it on, 2 men and a boy could have fit in it with me. I called Historical Emporium and spoke with Noel. He immediately shipped out another one sized Medium within and hour with a return shipping label. The Medium size I received fit perfectly and I returned the size Large using the same box with the return shipping label Historical Emporium provided. You might find it for less money someplace else but you won't find the same customer service anywhere else. I'm a satisfied customer.

The selection on the site is immense while most places have ONE vest, this place is a gold mine of style and quality vests, they are simply unequaled in the world. Furthermore, the delivery of the one I needed was so fast, but more impressively in a completely intact one-piece actual vest-sized, flat. It was not folded, wrinkled or otherwise marred. Spectacular Delivery.

Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.
