Very well satisfied with the company. This particular vest wasn't exactly what I expected because it was a stiff canvas fabric. I've had such good luck with all the other products I purchased from Historical Emporium that I didn't pay that close attention thinking it would be very much like the other vests.

I received my riding skirt and it was too large even after using the sizing guide. Customer service worked with me and I was able to return it and received a smaller size. Quality workmanship..I love it!

We ordered a pair of Trousers. They were too small. We needed them in a hurry so we ordered another pair. We should have " returned" them instead of "exchanged" them. But Julia got it taken care of and things are fine.

I had to return a blouse that was too small. The website recommended ordering a replacement rather than doing a straight exchange, and returning the too-small blouse for a refund. This was suggested as the fastest way to get the right size blouse quickly, rather than encountering a possible processing delay with an exchange. This worked very nicely. I got my new blouse in a couple of days and my refund a day or so later.
I had dreaded the hassle of an exchange, but this method worked very smoothly. Happily, the blouse was packing in a standard USPS flat box, on a hanger, folded neatly with two pins and covered with a plastic sleeve. The blouse was ready to try on, and easy to repack neatly when it didn't fit. I don't expect to need to return any future blouses I order now that I know how the sizing runs, but it was nice to learn that returns were nothing to be dreaded.
