I REALLY appreciate the old fashioned items offered at reasonable prices. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is a little better tracking system for packages. This is not big deal overall but I like to watch for packages as I live in a rural area and if I do not know something is coming, it can sit in the mailbox or beside the mailbox for a couple of days... And nowadays, it could grow legs and walk off, if you know what I mean.

Ordered this product online on a Sunday and received by Wednesday of that week. Was very pleased since it allowed me to wear to a function that Friday. The order process was uncomplicated and the order reply was prompt. The quality of the hat I received was top notch and better than anticipated. I can't wait to utilize in both Revolutionary War and War Between the States re-enactments.

I purchased a Red Bib shirt which was not the material advertised. This came as a surprise to Customer Service who immediately sent me a return label and RMA. They were great, the company that made the shirt was not following the agreed upon material choice were not so great.
