Item arrived much too large. They were happy to send another after I took some measurements and the second one fits perfectly. I'm 6'9" and typically can't buy "off the rack" but this item fits very well and looks great. Thanks Noel!

Everything we ordered came in excellent time - even the couple items that needed a little more time, but we were forewarned. Even these came earlier than expected. Service was great, the clothes looked right and fit well. We are very, very pleased. I adapted Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" as a Christmas Eve sermon at my church and it went over extremely well. Everyone loved the period costume. My boots arrived much sooner than they were supposed to. I'm glad that I only paid for standard shipping, as any upgrade would have been a waste of money. The fit was perfect, and I could not have been more pleased with the workmanship. I have ordered twice, and haven't had to return anything, so I can't speak on customer service issues, but I'm sure I will be placing another order soon.

I thought the products that I purchased were great. However I ordered them one size to small. I sent them back today and ask for an exchange to the next bigger size.
