I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. high-quality belt.wrong size the first time around, long story why! so I recommend one size larger than your waist at the time of order. got the right size the second time around with no problems. My grandson loves it, and thinks he's clint eastwood.
