Customer service was fantastic. I used the measuring guidelines given which in no way worked. The item I received was WAY too big. Spoke to customer service about the issue and ordered a new item that fits very nice. Return of the first one was handled rapidly.

the holster for the 45 colt was good quality and would give you a thumbs up the holster for the 22 was off center and looks like it may tear if not careful with holstering gun.

Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.

After lots of looking to put together a good costume for a Halloween party, the Historical Emporium (HE) site kept being 'the' place with the best options. I always brace myself that the products are rarely as good as the photos but HE just proved to be the exception.
