I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. Ordered this product online on a Sunday and received by Wednesday of that week. Was very pleased since it allowed me to wear to a function that Friday. The order process was uncomplicated and the order reply was prompt. The quality of the hat I received was top notch and better than anticipated. I can't wait to utilize in both Revolutionary War and War Between the States re-enactments.

These White Leather Grannies are so comfy,almost true to size. If you're a 6 1/2, USA get 7(they're narrow in the toe) They are beautiful & I get many compliments. I also have a black pair because I love them so much. I really also appreciate NO zipper do up. That's authentic! Regards & Thanks!
