Your clothing merchandise is very good quality . It is well made , from good quality materials . Everything I have got , while not cheap , is priced fairly and a good value for the money . The clothes fit , and look great , which is not something I have been able to find for a long time . I had one item I returned ( a pair of Trousers I ordered , which I ordered to big to make sure exactly what size I needed ) . Your customer service people handled the return and the replacement promptly , professionally , and courteously . The only other issue I had was with a pull-up strap on a pair of high topped riding boots that fails the first time I tried to put them on . I called your customer service , talked to them , sent a few pictures to them , and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction by the next day !There is no business that doesn't have a problem from time to time , what matters is how the problems are handled . The way your business handled them in my experience , is fair , prompt , and professional . You can't ask for more ! I ordered the (.44/.45cal) western gun belt and holster RH (long barrel) and the western holster RH cross draw black tooled leather. They were shipped and delivered quickly. They hold both my 1858's perfectly. So far I've had no issues with them and they are beautifully crafted. The sizing was just right. I will definitely be ordering from historical emporium again.

After resolving an issue with a shipping address different from my billing address, I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the customer service representative with whom I spoke.

I ordered a drop loop holster and surprised how fast it arrived. I was amazed at the quality and craftsmanship. Unfortunately I ordered it a little too big. I shipped it back and within two weeks got the new holster. The new holster fits and looks awesome. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely give Historical Emporium my business in the future.
