I wanted to know how quickly I could receive and order once I placed it. The gentleman said that the item I was interested in could arrive in about a week. I placed the order on a Monday, and I was delivered on Thursday the same week. I called again after receiving the order for some general information and the young lady on the phone was super sweet and extremely helpful. I could be happier with the entire experience. Sizing chart for the item I purchased seems to be inaccurate resulting in the need for an exchange but wasn't significant as the young man I spoke to in customer service was a great help with this, specially since it was an international order involving tax and broker issues. Overall though it was a great shopping experience. The item I purchased is absolutely beautiful, very top quality and exactly as I hoped it to be. I would certainly purchase from Historicalemporium again and recommend them to friends.

My only disappointment at all was the small number of period vests for men in XXL/TG I already have four vests from Historical Emporium which I purchased many years ago; and I still get compliments on them when I wear them. Several of your dress vests are items I would certainly buy, but are only available for those with short upper bodies, and none of course are in the size that would fit me. The Item I purchased this time around is impeccable. It was the silver men's pocket watch with the "Viewing window" to see the mechanism working. I love it. Thank You Longstreet

Overall, the customer service was very good, I did request a larger size, but you guys didn't have it in stock, the salesman told me on the phone that I can try the smaller one. If it doesn't fit, I could always return it. Not knowing that it would cost me another 1295 for shipping. He should've clarified that but overall I am very satisfied.
