These people offer good merchandise and great service. They will assist you with any issues that may arise and everyone knows that sometimes when ordering any kind of clothing where you can't try the items on, occasionally there's going to be size differences. I've only had a couple in my experience with these folks and they've always made it right. This kind of service has become unusual and I find it inspiring to find an outfit that adheres to satisfying their customers.

I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. A terrific coat. Great for winter wear. Although a 46R it needed alteration because the sleeves were too long by almost 5 inches and the button holes difficult to use at first. Ordering was easy; instructions clear and precise, delivery swift and with no damage to the coat. I'll be back as soon as i scrape up enough to buy a Callahan frock coat for the summer weather.

coat arrived in a very timely manner. Material was better than expected, and what others had said held true...they do run big, especially the length. Overall, extremely pleased with it!
