My order was delivered within 3 days of placing it and I did not request expedited delivery. Very fast.

The product I ordered happened to be the wrong color I immediately called customer service and they took care of the problem right away I mailed back my product and they replace it with the right color I want to thank CustomerService very much for taking care of it so promptly CLARENCE

The quality of the clothes and the service is always excellent. Unfortunately, I do have to return most of what I but because my measurements are not textbook within the guidelines of the size chart. So, a garment may fit in one area but not another.

I was concerned because the dress fabric had such a strong dye scent and the front of the dress was almost 2 inches longer than the back on the hanger and when I tried it on. After I washed the dress and hemmed the front I am happy with it. I am impressed with the details and it pressed easily enough.
