Ordered this product online on a Sunday and received by Wednesday of that week. Was very pleased since it allowed me to wear to a function that Friday. The order process was uncomplicated and the order reply was prompt. The quality of the hat I received was top notch and better than anticipated. I can't wait to utilize in both Revolutionary War and War Between the States re-enactments.

My original shirt came with a tear. I contacted customer service, and the shirt was replaced without any issue.

I ordered a pair of Trousers that were too small (MY fault with measurements), and return/credit was no problem... Thank you!
