I called to inform customer service that the item I ordered runs smaller than the size would indicate and she questioned me about taking measurements. I just thought it would be helpful if customers new had that information and maybe were told to order a size larger than normal. It felt like she really didn't care to hear about it.

Your clothing merchandise is very good quality . It is well made , from good quality materials . Everything I have got , while not cheap , is priced fairly and a good value for the money . The clothes fit , and look great , which is not something I have been able to find for a long time . I had one item I returned ( a pair of Trousers I ordered , which I ordered to big to make sure exactly what size I needed ) . Your customer service people handled the return and the replacement promptly , professionally , and courteously . The only other issue I had was with a pull-up strap on a pair of high topped riding boots that fails the first time I tried to put them on . I called your customer service , talked to them , sent a few pictures to them , and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction by the next day !There is no business that doesn't have a problem from time to time , what matters is how the problems are handled . The way your business handled them in my experience , is fair , prompt , and professional . You can't ask for more ! Your company is very easy to do business with , and is obviously well run and staffed by good people . I spoke with Noel at Historical Emporium to get some advice and sizing on a few items to surprise my husband on his birthday. Noel was spot on accurate describing what size I should order. He helped me measure some of my husbands clothing that does fit him and he accurately picked out the sizes for his two shirts and the double breasted vest. Noel also suggested one of the shirts to give versatility to the outfit. We are extremely pleased. The quality is top notch on all the items, well made, and fit wonderfully. I would say the sizes are true to size now that I know what size my husband does wear.
