Absolutely beautiful selection of historical clothing and pieces on a website that is very smart and easy to use! After forgetting to add another item following a submitted order, I had to call customer service. WOW! This company has the best customer service I have encountered in years! Everything about dealing with historicalemporium.com was superb. My parents retired early and ran their own costume shop for 34 years. I was involved in the shop and can only say my parents would have been thrilled to have had access to a company like historicalemporium for some of their costume needs. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with everything I purchased.

Sometimes it works out that I will be in close proximity to Historical emporium. When these times work out to being able to pick up an item they are very helpful at letting me pick it up instead of waiting for shipping. Everyone is very helpful.

Overall, the customer service was very good, I did request a larger size, but you guys didn't have it in stock, the salesman told me on the phone that I can try the smaller one. If it doesn't fit, I could always return it. Not knowing that it would cost me another 1295 for shipping. He should've clarified that but overall I am very satisfied.
