When I called, they answered immediately and were very helpful and quick to make an exchange, and it was shipped to me in 2 days with a return label for the exchange. I originally ordered the wrong size Trousers for a theatre event. The staff bent over backward to get a larger size to me asap. The quality of the pants, fit, look for the play etc.(The Fantasticks) was just perfect. The actor, director and I were more than pleased with this company!!!

The lady who answered the phone went out of her way to ensure I got perfect fit on the shirt and suggested the garters. I didn't know what I wanted in a tie and she helped me pick out a good one. Had she been standing beside me she couldn't have done better. As for the delivery time: my order was supposed to take several days, maybe a week......but it took just four days to my door. I'm not used to such short delivery times from anyone except Amazon...and I'm only three miles from one of their "hubs".
