I have made multiple purchases in the past 6 weeks, every single interaction has been great. I've had to send back a couple items due to not fitting properly. I received my refund the same day item was returned. I had to make a phone cal in regards to an order, customer serve rep was a pleasure to deal with. I have ordered a holster/w 357 belt, a cross draw Holster and they are awesome. More than I expected. Then I ordered a 22 belt and ordered the wrong size. I followed the return procedure and could not believe how fast they sent me the correct belt. Even tho the wrong size was my fault.
