After lots of looking to put together a good costume for a Halloween party, the Historical Emporium (HE) site kept being 'the' place with the best options. I always brace myself that the products are rarely as good as the photos but HE just proved to be the exception. Over the years, I have purchased four blouses and several skirts for my Victorian time period. I have always been very pleased with the quality and service.
