The overall experience was quite adequate. I had a sizing issue so ordered a larger size and returned the original. The return process was handled in short order. Unique Company and products. Will return as required.

There was a problem with the gift card I had received. However it was quickly resolved by phone contact with an actual human, not AI.

Overall, i am generally very happy with the products and services from Historical Emporium. I live in the UK, so however, i would just add that once the postal shipping charges plus the customs tax charges are added, buying products from Historical Emporium can work out as a rather expensive proposition. Of course, i understand that this is no fault of your good selves, though it does very much put me off buying from you in future. IF An item is over a certain price, an exorbitant customs charge is added. Combined with the postage, it can work out to a rather hefty expense. Can't fault your wonderful products of course, but the added expense does put me off somewhat. Best Regards Jack
