I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. I was concerned because the dress fabric had such a strong dye scent and the front of the dress was almost 2 inches longer than the back on the hanger and when I tried it on. After I washed the dress and hemmed the front I am happy with it. I am impressed with the details and it pressed easily enough.
