HE was very quick to replace the wrong boots that were sent to me by mistake. Very friendly and understanding. Noel was eager to figure out what happened with my original order!.

I REALLY appreciate the old fashioned items offered at reasonable prices. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is a little better tracking system for packages. This is not big deal overall but I like to watch for packages as I live in a rural area and if I do not know something is coming, it can sit in the mailbox or beside the mailbox for a couple of days... And nowadays, it could grow legs and walk off, if you know what I mean.

The product I received was beyond what I expected, and while the shipping instructions warned it might be late, it was actually early.

Very friendly staff that was understanding of my issue and went out of their way to help! Great customer service; the kind that is rare these days!.
