I had a great experience with the Emporium. They have some pants cut in a more modern fit. This was a great benefit for me as I am short and short waisted! Maybe in future you could consider offering more Trousers with a similar cut. I'm sure I am not the only person who would prefer the fit! The order arrived very quickly and was exactly what I wanted. Customer service was fantastic. I used the measuring guidelines given which in no way worked. The item I received was WAY too big. Spoke to customer service about the issue and ordered a new item that fits very nice. Return of the first one was handled rapidly.
