I had issues with my delivery address and their customer service contacted me back almost immediately even though it was after hours listed on the site. They worked things out very quickly and efficiently. Some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. They also shipped the order fast and it arrived in great condition.

I've made purchases from historical emporium several times before. I live in the West U.S. (Colorado and New Mexico) and like the frontier style of your shirts. Every shirt I've purchased with this style looks excellent along with my flat-topped western hats and my cowboy boots. The complete look is true west - not "Hollywood fakey". I get compliments on what I wear almost every day - from family, friends, and - even from folks I don't know, at a store or shopping mall or gas station for example! Ordered a cowboy holster...it was 1/2 of other sites. Those other sites said they were 10 weeks out. HE shipped super quick then I decided to exchange for different size. Customer Service politely explained process and it went smoothly with almost no wait time to get new belt. Seriously the world would be a much more pleasant place if all business operated like HE.
