Customer service was very quick to respond to a question I had regarding expediated shipping and they were able to get the clothes here for Christmas without expediated shipping.

I was pleased to find a business that offered the period correct clothing. I'm very happy with everything I purchased.

I've been buying clothes from Historical Emporium for about ten years. Obviously, I appreciate the quality of the products and the customer service. If there was ever a problem, it was handled quickly, politely and to my complete satisfaction.

I REALLY appreciate the old fashioned items offered at reasonable prices. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is a little better tracking system for packages. This is not big deal overall but I like to watch for packages as I live in a rural area and if I do not know something is coming, it can sit in the mailbox or beside the mailbox for a couple of days... And nowadays, it could grow legs and walk off, if you know what I mean.
