Ordered a cowboy holster...it was 1/2 of other sites. Those other sites said they were 10 weeks out. HE shipped super quick then I decided to exchange for different size. Customer Service politely explained process and it went smoothly with almost no wait time to get new belt. Seriously the world would be a much more pleasant place if all business operated like HE.

I have ordered a holster/w 357 belt, a cross draw Holster and they are awesome. More than I expected. Then I ordered a 22 belt and ordered the wrong size. I followed the return procedure and could not believe how fast they sent me the correct belt. Even tho the wrong size was my fault.

I have on numerous occasions bought items from Historical Emporium. The trousers you sell are very good in material and workmanship. Years ago I could buy Scully brand suspender trousers at many of the western store outlets but about 35 years ago they stopped stocking these trousers which I wear as everyday dress especially while I am working and riding my horses. I love the internet for very few things, but it is a blessing to find the trousers , shirts, and suspenders along with other items of apparel you sell. Everything I have purchased so far has been exceptional. I will definitely shop your store again, as long as I am able. I purchase from Historical Emporium on a regular basis as I have not seen any equivalent clothing styles to suit my needs in the U.K. But that said if there were I would still make Historical Emporium my first and only choice.The deciding factors being for me are A) quality, B) wide variety of styles and choice C) speed of delivery and top quality customer service. This of course is only my opinion but I would have no hesitation or doubts recommending this 'site' to others.
