I have purchased from this company many times. They have quality products. Prices are a little high but they have good sales throughout the year which helps greatly. Don't be worried about purchasing from them, they are reputable and stand behind their products.

Over a number of years I have purchased numerous articles of clothing. As a SASS and NCOWS competative shooter it is getting to the point that I have more 1800's clothing, from Historical Emporium, than I have modern clothing. All of it is excellent quality, historically correct "cut", wears like iron, fits well, and sized as advertised. The customer service, when I have used it, was friendly and efficient. I ordered the (.44/.45cal) western gun belt and holster RH (long barrel) and the western holster RH cross draw black tooled leather. They were shipped and delivered quickly. They hold both my 1858's perfectly. So far I've had no issues with them and they are beautifully crafted. The sizing was just right. I will definitely be ordering from historical emporium again.

I am a docent at Pioneer Village in Cameron, WI. The museum asks that all volunteers dress in period clothing. I found exactly the gear I was looking for since I volunteer as a train station agent and telegrapher. The clothing is top notch and the prices are quite fair.

Historical Emporium is one of my "go-to" sources for mid to late 19th century clothes and etceteras. I say 'one' because other sources provide additional options that are unavailable at HE. I like HE's offerings and quality, so I am by no means diminishing HE. Obviously, I'll be back.
