I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. I had an easy purchase. We didn't have anytime to make anything for an event that came up short notice. So I opted to purchase a vintage style men's swimsuit because I just did not have the option to get one put together myself. I sew professionally but sometimes just don't have the time to sew for myself.

We ordered this for a black tie wedding, and it arrived in a short time. We will need to adjust it a bit, but overall the quality is great and it will be stunning.

Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.
