I was very impressed with the customer service considering what we have to deal with now days. I had a very minor issue that was unavoidable when I received what I ordered. When I called, they answered immediately and were very helpful and quick to make an exchange, and it was shipped to me in 2 days with a return label for the exchange. The item was exactly what I wanted, the fit was right, and the quality is second to none. I will recommend this seller to anyone interested in buying this type of clothing and gear.

Overall, i am generally very happy with the products and services from Historical Emporium. I live in the UK, so however, i would just add that once the postal shipping charges plus the customs tax charges are added, buying products from Historical Emporium can work out as a rather expensive proposition. Of course, i understand that this is no fault of your good selves, though it does very much put me off buying from you in future. IF An item is over a certain price, an exorbitant customs charge is added. Combined with the postage, it can work out to a rather hefty expense. My husband and I have both bought a small handful of costuming clothing and accessories from y'all over the years. We have not been disappointed, at all!

Sizing chart for the item I purchased seems to be inaccurate resulting in the need for an exchange but wasn't significant as the young man I spoke to in customer service was a great help with this, specially since it was an international order involving tax and broker issues. Overall though it was a great shopping experience. The item I purchased is absolutely beautiful, very top quality and exactly as I hoped it to be. I would certainly purchase from Historicalemporium again and recommend them to friends.
