I had a great experience with the Emporium. They have some pants cut in a more modern fit. This was a great benefit for me as I am short and short waisted! Maybe in future you could consider offering more Trousers with a similar cut. I'm sure I am not the only person who would prefer the fit! The order arrived very quickly and was exactly what I wanted. Historical Emporium is one of 2 places I can find the western fashions I want. The products are top quality, albeit a tad on the pricey side. I found 2 of the Sinclair edwardian shirts on sale in Tombstone at $20 less, each, than at H.E. It would be nice to keep customers informed of clearance and sale prices.

I ordered the wrong size boot but just followed the instructions for returns and received the correct size with no hassle.

O.K. as is. Keep the old time products coming, and maintain your good service. That's all I have to say.

Placing the order was trouble free. Delivery time was exceptionally quick. Unfortunately the garment had a mark on it that possibly could have been caused in shipping. I requested a new garment. They asked for pictures which I then sent. They immediately sent a new garment with a shipping label to send the first one back. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. Their customer service was excellent.
