HE was very quick to replace the wrong boots that were sent to me by mistake. Very friendly and understanding. Noel was eager to figure out what happened with my original order!.

Customer service was very good. Helped me figure out the right size gun belt. Package arrived a day early.

My boots arrived much sooner than they were supposed to. I'm glad that I only paid for standard shipping, as any upgrade would have been a waste of money. The fit was perfect, and I could not have been more pleased with the workmanship. I have ordered twice, and haven't had to return anything, so I can't speak on customer service issues, but I'm sure I will be placing another order soon.
