I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. Awesome - Great - even for 4xl!!! Better than the price charged! I was worried that this was not going to fit - "after all one size fits all" rarely does fit the large ones - I am 4 xlt and it was GREAT!!!
