Can't think of any way you could improve.

I have ordered a holster/w 357 belt, a cross draw Holster and they are awesome. More than I expected. Then I ordered a 22 belt and ordered the wrong size. I followed the return procedure and could not believe how fast they sent me the correct belt. Even tho the wrong size was my fault.

I had issues with my delivery address and their customer service contacted me back almost immediately even though it was after hours listed on the site. They worked things out very quickly and efficiently. Some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. They also shipped the order fast and it arrived in great condition.

I have used Hist Emp many times over the years and always been satsified with the service. I orderd this particular hat on the 5th and received it on the 7th. Thats fast!
