quality service, fast delivery

I found what I needed on their web page. That was hard to do only because there was a lot of choices, but after I decided I ordered and the package arrived that same week. The company did send me a message to confirm I received the package and thank me for my purchase. As for the product it was of good quality and with expected alterations it fit great. I have done historical reenactments for over 20 years, and this company has historically accurate clothing.

The lady who answered the phone went out of her way to ensure I got perfect fit on the shirt and suggested the garters. I didn't know what I wanted in a tie and she helped me pick out a good one. Had she been standing beside me she couldn't have done better. As for the delivery time: my order was supposed to take several days, maybe a week......but it took just four days to my door. I'm not used to such short delivery times from anyone except Amazon...and I'm only three miles from one of their "hubs".

Customer service was fantastic. I used the measuring guidelines given which in no way worked. The item I received was WAY too big. Spoke to customer service about the issue and ordered a new item that fits very nice. Return of the first one was handled rapidly.
