You have a lot of unique items that can't be found anywhere else.

I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. We absolutely love historical Emporium. They have all of the clothes that we are looking for for everyday use, for the era that we absolutely love. Our goal is to wear regency era, edwardian era, Victorian era styles on a daily basis and they have everything we need and it's perfect quality it I can't ask for a better customer service, store and overall company.
