I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. Whenever I have emailed to ask a question about something; I always get a reply asap, the quality of the clothes is amazing, bought a pair of cotton brushed trousers a few years back and they still looking good and still holding up! I've never once had a single issue with them aside from getting a waistcoat too big but that's because I ordered the wrong size! Incredible service and would 1000% order from there again and recommend the site to others.

HE was very quick to replace the wrong boots that were sent to me by mistake. Very friendly and understanding. Noel was eager to figure out what happened with my original order!.
