I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. I've been buying a lot of clothes from Historical Emporium this year, so I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize for a mere 4-star Google review I gave it last summer. I had ordered a gunbelt from them that turned out to be difficult to keep buckled, and I suggested that some sort of diagram should have been included with the gunbelt to show people how to wear it. To my surprise, I heard from someone at Historical Emporium who suggested that the gunbelt might be defective, and who asked for a photo of the gunbelt. As it turned out, it was indeed defective, and was replaced at no charge. Otherwise, the clothes have been splendid, the shipping has been generally prompt, and the service has been sterling.
