I made a phone order and customer representative was personable, helpful and took time to answer my questions.

Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.
