The lady who answered the phone went out of her way to ensure I got perfect fit on the shirt and suggested the garters. I didn't know what I wanted in a tie and she helped me pick out a good one. Had she been standing beside me she couldn't have done better. As for the delivery time: my order was supposed to take several days, maybe a week......but it took just four days to my door. I'm not used to such short delivery times from anyone except Amazon...and I'm only three miles from one of their "hubs".

I originally ordered the wrong size Trousers for a theatre event. The staff bent over backward to get a larger size to me asap. The quality of the pants, fit, look for the play etc.(The Fantasticks) was just perfect. The actor, director and I were more than pleased with this company!!!

You have a lot of unique items that can't be found anywhere else.

I did order a red Double breasted vest it says 46 but it's more like a 44. Your return policy is confusing. I put it back in the box and there it sets.

All items were packed well and arrived promptly which was much appreciated.

The pith helmet came quickly and in good condition.I was very impressed by the historical accuracy and quality. I am doing everything in my power to hold back on ordering them all!
