Americans call it a derby, after the Earl of Derby who helped popularize it. But, Englishmen know it as a bowler as it was first introduced in the early-1850's in England and produced by the Bowler Brothers Company. It crossed the pond to America in the 1860's and remained popular well past the turn of the century.
Our best quality derby is made of gray wool felt, lined, with a leather sweatband, and just perfect for the period look.
Features a 2 inch brim and the crown is approximately 4 inches tall. Imported. Available in sizes M - XL. This style available in several colors.
