I needed a tie to wear for a charles dickens Christmas party and it worked perfectly.

Good for 1800s cosplay and such.

Wore this to a wedding this weekend. It was the perfect crowning touch to my Cowboy cut tux and western vest. Looks as good as the pictures here and it arrived early. I bought this to use when applying hat stiffener to my black felt wide brim hat. It doesn't leave white fibers embedded in the felt from stiffening and steam pressing.

Few times do I find that the actual product is close to the picture. This time was better than I expected and very solid quality. Pretty easy to adjust to the correct circumference. Given this site's variety of options, I know where to shop first when looking for costume ideas. Personal tip - when needing this tie to remain exactly in the same, correct spot on my collar through the evening, I used Fearless Delicate Fabric Tape which did the job perfectly well. Combined, my costume (mostly from Historical Emporium) help up in quality and use for a long party, and is ready for any future event.

I really like the look of this tie. Though I've not worn it out of the house yet, My wife finds it very attractive. I was pleasantly surprised when the "diamond" pin came with it, which sets it off well. For an "all black" ensemble, this is a very good part of the kit.

I bought this for Mark Twain Days. Lots of people dress in 1860 attire for the event. I look like I just arrived out west during the Comstock Era.

This tie definitely upgraded my costume. Much classier that the string tie. Fits in well with the formal 1890's mortician outfit.

I prefer the look of the Floppy Bow Tie on a regular wear basis. This Tie also makes a statement and when worn with white shirts is quite attractive. I might shorten the "arms" just a bit to "balance" the look - my opinion - a bit better.

No particular occasion. This is a part of my dress up clothing now, re: the movie "Tombstone". Adding to it still. I will also be buried wearing it. I like the Victorian and Western clothing you offer. Contemporary styles just don't do it for me anymore. I am old-school, non-progressive, pro-gun and anti-tech.

Great quality! Looks and feels fantastic but ultimately gave it away as a gift. I needed it to be snow white and it was ecru or off white. Scarf does have a small black tag glued to one of the ends that says 100% Cashmere Wool, dry clean only, hand made in Germany. Tag didn't bother me at all. Bought it for a black tie affair and was hoping for a warmer bright white opera scarf with my coat. Everything was spot on except the color and that isn't bad either unless your after (SNOW WHITE).

I purchased a white cashmere scarf. I really like it, but I could do without the large brand tag near the bottom. It appears the tag was put in place by some kind of heat/glue process, so it's not easily removable. The scarf itself is nice though, and I highly recommend it.

The cashmere scarf is a quality piece that is both gorgeous and soft. My son was overjoyed with the gift.

It is very difficult to find a white scarf. They are more ivory, or cream colored and not a true white. This scarf is not only a pretty white color, but it is incredibly soft. Nothing fancy, meaning - not a lot of material, but the material that was used is quality and the sewing is well done. Only minor notch in the near perfect score is the latch system to clasp the tie together around the neck. It's hard to explain, but it turns sideways when latching, so it bunches up the tie strap. VERY minimal issue.... almost not work noting, except made it 1/2 a second more challenging to un-clasp when taking it off for the evening. THANKS!

It is solidly made and easy to adjust and put on. The pattern is classic and it is man-made fabric for those who do not want to support boiling silk worms to death due to objection to unnecessary killing of animals.

I acquired this in order to dress as the Third Doctor for Halloween/Pop Culture occasions. I enjoy the fact that I have some length to work with as I'm not tying it in the traditional fashion. I don't know if it's a lighting thing but mine does not seem to be nearly as shiny as the one in the pictures. The material is odd feeling but it doesn't slip so I can tie it into a large bow tie without any issues. It looks really great with my smoking jacket and cloak from here.

This tie fastens like a pre tied bow tie with a hook and clasp that is adjustable. The style and tie tack is unlike any you will find in a men�s store. It is short fat and flat at the bottom. Can�t wait to take off my vest and have this tie really look authentic with the high collar shirt whose buttons match the tie length.

his is the first time I tried these Cotton Neck Ties, loved them an I must say I looked simply marvelous wearing them. I was looking for the Wyatt Tie made by Frontier Classic, I still don't know if it is what I bought or was it made by another company? I do have one compliant, I like to know what I am buying, I don't like guessing, if something is made by Frontier Classic or Scully or Wah Maker, etc. state that it is. I suspect that others are like me, most of the Old West clothing makers cut everything large, so when I ordered shirts even though I wear an extra large shirt for work, I order large shirts, with Vests, I know what size vests fit me in different clothing makers, but if you don't list the maker I will not order them.
