This was a Christmas gift for my wife. She has been wanting a gun belt with the drop holster for years to carry while out on our property. I did mess up on the size as it is to big, but I think I can adjust the belt to fit her.

I received my belt and holster a lot faster than I expected. The quality is very good and it is just what I was needing.I own a cattle operation and am always checking fences and checking on cattle. The holster is really nice and being left handed is perfect. Finding lefty holsters and belts is almost impossible. I will be a return customer in the future.

I love my left hand western belt and holster set. It fits perfectly and is very handsome. You are one of the few places a left hand western shooter can find authentic gear that is not a special order nightmare.

Higher Quality then even my high expectations foresaw. I edc a schofield .45 colt and i wanted a better holster for it. This was perfect and i wear it everyday.

Ordered both strong side right handed and left handed. Both appear to be the same deign and quality and both seem to exhibit the same craftsmanship. My Rugar Vaqueros fit nicely. I was worried that the high rider belt might pose some problems drawing the revolvers and re-holstering them, but in competition last week end, they seem to work just fine. They are a generic design, so they are not specifically fitted for my 38-357 SAAs - but again, this does not seem to be an issue. Time will tell if they are duarable enough to hold up to the stresses and demands of competition. On the other hand the price is so reasonable that replacing them every three or four years would not be a significant burden - but I do EXPECT them to last much much longer.

Great holster, I like the look and quality, but most of all my High standard double nine fits perfectly. This holster will last a long time and show really well. Thank you!

I wanted something plain and not too fancy. exactly what I was looking for to match the powder belt I bought to attach it to. the gun sits a tad deep in the holster but it doesn't matter to me since I always customize mine exactly the way I need it. it sits well on the hip, good tough leather. Purchased this holster to pair with my brand new Bronze Ruger Wrangler. Excellent fit out of the box and in combination with the Bronze color of the pistol it is as if they were made for each other. Would highly recommend Historical Emporium. Their ease of ordering and communication as to the status of the order are exceptional. I will be returning for more holsters as I acquire more pistols.

Only issue I have with it is the trigger guard/secure loop needs to be more easily adjustable. It does not reach up over my trigger and will need some work to pull it up higher so it can be effective.

My new gun belt is exactly what I was looking for and the price was the best I had seen. I would highly recommend anyone who needs to get some historical items this would be the place to get it

Fit and finish is great. Not so much as a scratch on the leather and my 58 remingtons fit perfectly after fitting. The holsters, one, a rh side draw and a rh crossdraw balance the weight perfectly. I will highly recommend Historical Emporium to everyone.

I was pleased with the first order and the quality and craftmanship of the first holster I ordered. But I was surprised as I removed the second holster order from the plastic bag. The holster was on the belt but it was improperly reversed. Not quite okay....but funny. I easily changed it, no harm done. Thanks.

I bought this for my prized late grandfather's .44 mag Ruger Super Blackhawk with a 7.5 inch barrel. Reading reviews and seeing the price I was skeptical and anticipated having to return it when it arrived. There is a lot online about how the sizing recommendations for the belt listed on the Historical Emporium website was wrong and as waste of money. Well. I ordered this (and two others for a .22 6.5" barrel and and a .357 Super blackhawk 6.5" barrel) and the online order was very easy for me, despite the website looking older then most found today (I struggle to order amazon crap effectively). I ordered the sizing of the belt as directed on the website and after submitting the order, I got an email saying it would arrive in 10 days approximately, and a tracking number (this was on Thursday night at 1900 ish) A big blizzard storm blew in the next day and by Saturday we had a foot of snow. To my amazement, I received an email informing me they would arrive before noon. And they did! They were packed excellently. After opening I was stunned by the quality. I couldn't hardly talk for a min. The revolvers fit like a glove! I put them on one by one and they fit exactly as stated on the website. I was so impressed and shocked I actually called Historical Emporium that minute and left a very long voicemail gushing about how shocked and happy and thankful I was for them. This is the best purchase I've made in 40 years. If you are considering purchasing anything...

First length was way off, Second length was good. If you are going to buy this item then add 4 inches to your pants belt size. If you buy it too big, then it will hang too low and your arm will not reach the pistol.

I was needing a gun belt for a steampunk costume. BuT also needed one for a revolver for the shooting range. We are constitutional carry. Honestly for $80 it is amazing. I wear 32 jeans. Bought the 38. Fits perfect. Craftsman's ship amazing. Well worth the money.

Very well made with good quality leather. Sizing is correct by the chart. holster was almost a perfect fit for my Taylor Arms Smoke Wagon 45 LC 5.5 inch barreled Single Action Revolver. All it took was a 30 second adjustment to the holster and it fits like a glove, not too tight and not too lose. Shell loops are a great fit for the 45 LC shells as well tight but easy to remove. Belt is a little stiff, (a little Needs foot oil will solve that quickly). but doesn't cut or dig. Do wish the Tie down thong was a little heaver leather, but easy to change. Great Rig over all. At a great price.

Perfect fit measured as instructed. Nice two tone and tooling. Not sure how it will fit my gun yet since it is delayed in shipping from a Sporting goods shop. It is well made from quality leather the craftsmanship is top notch.

I had been wanting to upgrade my double holster for sometime and had found cheaper ones online but the quality of the others were very poor. This one from the Historical Emporium cost a bit more but it made up for the quality, the amazing tooling and the feel once i put it on had my guns in it. I recommend it so much that I will be looking at getting a second one in the future

Love the double holster and presents well at cowboy shoots. Originally ordered per sizing chart but had to return/exchange for smaller size. Chart said to add 4" for my waist size but it was too large, exchanged for a size that matched my waist and it fit perfectly for my hips. Customer service rep (Leonard?) was a huge help, responsive to queries and updates on exchange status. Would definitely purchase from them in future.

Fits my 1878 Remington long barrel clone just fine. The aluminum sandwich means I can shape it for a snugger or looser fit, so if I want to switch to another gun, I can adjust the tension of the holster.

Fits well with space for drawing, maybe more than necessary but not problematic. It fits full length 8-9 barrels. Says cross draw but still hangs/fits straight. Good leather, well made, from Mexico. Worth the price.

Was a little Leary about ordering this holster just from the picture, and after a lot od deliberation and checking to make sure it it should fit my new revolver, I ordered it and glad I did. It is well made, and my revolver, a uberti 1873 cattleman 357 fits looks great and fits great. Highly recommend anyone looking for a nice holster for a revolver to order here. Yes, this is a 5 star review plain and simple. Not only did this holster fit my 1858 Remington, but also fit my S&W model 29 both with 8" barrel lengths. The holster is sleek and well made, real leather, and a real eye catcher. Pretty rare when I am 100% satisfied with anything, but yes this is one of those times. Recommend it hands down.

Shipment arrived a day early. Holster fits my 1873 cavalry model perfectly. Stitching is solid, holster is as well. Leather appears to be of high quality and the black stain is great. Only reason for 4 stars is that the leather was a bit dried out when it arrived. Quick application of a leather conditioner and everything is good to go. This holster should last me a lifetime out in the woods with proper care.

I have a Rough Rider 22 Long Rifle Revolver and I ordered one of your Western Holsters for it, and it is a match. The Holster is as tough as the gun is. I had a 2 inch brown leather belt which worked perfect. The Revolver now lives in the Holster and goes to the firing range with me. As you know the Holster can be put on either side (Hip) and that depends on which direction you want your Butt of the Revolver going. I ordered online, and the Holster arrived at a normal time. No long wait. There is not going to be an issue with the Holster because it is made of tough leather. It can also be adjusted to fit your Revolver by pressing on the holster.
