Victorian Men's Neckwear

By the mid 1850's, elaborate neck embellishments decline in popularity, but neckwear was still important during the Victorian era. Bowties were popular, but the "four in hand" and ascot both gained popularity as the decade progressed. Other types of ties including the silk puff and "Teck" Ties, with their convenient pre-tied straps, also gained favor. Men's fashion was quite a bit less ornate than that of female counterparts; however, neckwear was an accepted way to express a bit of sartorial style.

We carry a full line of period correct mens neckwear, from straight cravats and ascots to bowties and the late victorian Teck Tie styles. Please browse our line, and contact us if you have any questions!
