Emmeline Ruffle Blouse - Burgundy

100% cotton, blouse, I always go one size up. amply room in shoulders and breast. I wear a bit before an event to give the cotton a chance to give a little. I wore blouse to midnight Mass w/ a green velveteen skirt. (It's hard to find true Velvet) Gibson girl hair, a bit of sparkle earrings and I was ready to go. I felt modest and beautiful. Works for me. Good Luck.

Ordered medium and it was a bit too tight in the shoulders. Returned it and immediately the Large blouse was sent!

My body is hard to fit. And I had to order the next size up which fits perfectly for me; with a little give the way I like it. Beautifully made looks and I am very happy with this shirt.
