Anonymous The brass casting was obviously damaged on the handle, very easy to inspect before it was shipped. I called customer support and they found all their inventory of this item was the same. I was offered a discount, which I appreciate as to avoid the hassle of returning; but quality control could be better. Quality of product one star....customer support five star.

Fitz the brass head of the cane is titled, the cast is a bad poor with very light detail, the brass finish is unpolished at best a B- or C product. The best thing about it is the price,would not buy a second one or recommend it to anyone.
