A distinguished option for stepping out, our Madison Brushed Cotton Frock Suit is perfectly suited for court — or courting, for that matter — and carries all the refinement of a late 19th-century gentleman without a trace of excess. 

Featuring a classic ¾-length cut, the Madison Frock Coat falls gracefully to the knees. Practical details include a single interior breast pocket and two discreet tail pockets for small essentials. Traditional styling is completed with a four-button front, notched lapel, and intricate detailing across the back.

The Madison Trousers feature flat-front styling with two front slant pockets and a single back pocket. Suspender buttons, a back adjustment belt, button fly, and V-notch back waistband lend authentic 19th-century character.

And last but not least, the Madison Vest features a flat front, notched collar, and plenty of pockets for a trolley token, spectacles, or other small furnishings. The front fastens with five buttons, and the back adjusts with a tab belt.

Expertly crafted from 100% soft brushed cotton. Coat & vest both feature a 100% acetate lining. Dry clean only. Imported.

Coat measures approximately 46 inches in length, all trousers are hemmed with a 36-inch inseam.

Madison Frock Coat Sizing Chart
Our coats are made with typical American sizing, meaning your chest measurement (in inches) is the size you should choose.
To measure your chest: Raise your arms slightly and measure just under your arms. Be sure to cross over the shoulder blades and the fullest part of the chest. If your belly measures larger than your chest, use your belly measurement for coat size.
Longs: If indicated in the selection list (e.g. 46L,) long sizes may also be available. Longs are approximately 2" longer in the back and sleeves.

Madison Trousers Sizing Chart

As you can see from the photos, these old fashioned trousers sit higher on the body than modern pants do.

For best fit, measure your torso (in inches) just below your belly button, and select this size of trousers.

In many cases, this will be one or more size above your customary pants size.
Inseam

Our trousers come with a 36 inch inseam. If you need them shorter, you will need to have them tailored locally to your desired fit.
