Florence Harper, Violinist
The daughter of a local businessman, Florence is a much accomplished violinist. In the early days she would draw crowds of admirers when she played in the evenings for her family.
Now, she is renowned for her cooking and has been encouraged to open a boarding house or restaurant. She adamantly refuses saying that cooking for her extended family and friends is sufficient to keep her occupied, and her real desire is to find a husband and raise a family.
