M.L. Penobscot, Governor, Western Territory

Born the son of a popular local politician, Governor Penobscott's political future was guaranteed from the cradle. He excelled in school and completed his University education in record time. After serving honorably as Mayor and then a Representative in the US Congress, he was elected as Governor of this fair territory in 1867 on a law and order platform. During his time in office he has promoted road building and school construction to further economic growth.

He and his beautiful wife, Eliza, currently reside in the state capitol with the next generation of Penobscotts, their two young sons.

At official events, the Governor is always impeccably attired as a genial host should be.
