Good quality, bad sizing.

This camisole is wonderful quality, I love the crafting of it, and the style. But, going by the sizing chart, I ordered a medium and it's far too big around. I've altered it by taking an inch in on each side, because I don't have time to exchange it, but I think the small also might have been too big. However, it's short-waisted, and though I am only 5'4", I wouldn't want it any shorter. So, while it's a really nice item that would be perfect if it just fit right, I can't recommend it to friends without the caveat on sizing.

I got everything I asked for when I asked for it. The style is what I hoped for and it is comfortable, despite having to wear it with a corset :)

Classic Cotton Camisole

This item is adorable and goes very well with the corresponding black bloomers. It's quite comfortable. The only issues are that, when washed, the black fades quite a bit and the item is short waisted. I'll definitely purchase more items from Historical Emporium.

"Little Black Cami"

It's a cami and is made to generally be hidden under other items so I won't be saying much about gorgeous colours or fabulous patterns. I will say it fits very nicely. The fabric is smooth so that it can easily be worn under a corset without irritating lumps and bumps. It is well constructed with good seams and securely attached buttons. The ruffle accent around the neckline is pretty without detracting from other items you might wear with it. All-in-all I am very pleased with this purchase.
