The single-breasted jacket features a classic two-button closure, notched lapels, and thoughtfully appointed pockets, including two flap pockets at the waist and a besom breast pocket. The fully lined interior offers three additional pockets, including one button-close pocket for added practicality.

The tailored trousers are designed with a flat front and tapered leg, complete with a zip fly and unhemmed bottoms for customizable length. Two front side pockets, two back pockets, and belt loops provide everyday functionality.

Completing the ensemble is a coordinating waistcoat that adds depth and distinction. The five-button vest features a satin back with an adjustable waist tab, two side patch pockets, and a welt breast pocket for refined styling.

Crafted from a wool-touch tweed blend (65% polyester, 35% viscose with 100% polyester lining) for excellent drape and durability.

Fit Note: While labeled Slim Fit by the manufacturer, this suit primarily features tapered trousers while maintaining a more traditional fit through the jacket and upper body.

Size Guide

This is a 3-piece set, with suitcoat, vest and pants.
Coat: Coats are made with typical American sizing, meaning your chest measurement (in inches) is the size you should choose.

To measure your chest: Raise your arms slightly and measure just under your arms. Be sure to cross over the shoulder blades and the fullest part of the chest. If your belly measures larger than your chest, use your belly measurement for coat size.

Longs: If indicated in the selection list (e.g. 46L,) long sizes may also be available. Longs are approximately 2" longer in the back and sleeves.
Matching vest: The set contains a matching vest, sized to fit under the coat per the chest size you choose.
Matching pants: Pants are sized with waists 6� smaller than the coat size; for example, a 40 regular coat comes with a pair of 34 waist pants. Pants have 36" inseams and you will need to have them hemmed locally to your length.

Great Suit, Bad Sizing

Overall it is indeed a lovely suit, well tailored, and rich quality. Unfortunately the problem I encountered was that I was sent the wrong fit. I had ordered a size regular fit and instead was sent a slim fit. On the website there no reference to the suit being a slim fit, nor did I order such. When I called to discuss the matter I was told this was what the "manufacturer" sent. I since have returned the suit in hopes that I may get the appropriate sizing, cause I truly look forward to being able to own and wear the suit.

Classy suit!

I got this suit as an early Father’s Day gift from my wife. It looks great and fits like a glove. I’ve been told that I’m the smartest dressed man at church. I would recommend Historical Emporium to anyone who wants to look like they stepped out of a fashion magazine from days gone by.
